The current Corononavirus Pandemic creates a new and unique daily battle with:

What most people do when faced with this crisis is falling prey to stress, overwhelm and exhaustion looking to the news for answers and following others for guidance. And for most people, none of this works.

  • The news has a duty to provide the information but cannot provide the answers needed to meet your individual circumstances, and rarely if ever leads to action
  • Entering into conversations with friends and family heightens the shared level of panic and creates inaction
  • You are reacting to the situation in the moment, which is changing daily, and you are not proactively considering plans for the immediate future

At last, there’s some good news, I think I can help.

As Life Coach who specialises in mental health, specifically stress, anxiety, and depression, I am perfectly placed to get people out of crisis while maintaining mental wellbeing. As someone who is challenged by depression and anxiety, I, like you, are finding it tough right now but I know that a proactive approach to this crisis is the way to get out of overwhelm and in to control.

As with any crisis, your challenges are unique to you and they need to be heard in full. I will then support you to define the next best course of action for you, and your family. To help you maintain health, wellbeing and security through this difficult time.

My aim here is not to exploit the current crisis for financial gain but as a Life Coach I do believe I have a unique skills set which can support me to help others to manage periods of challenge.
