A Better You Programme was designed for clients who are seeking to create substantial change in their life and need to get out of overwhelm and into control, in the quickest time possible.

Your discreet, confidential, and private coaching programme includes 3-months of coaching and therapy, together we design a plan of action in order that you can achieve  the fresh start you desire and deserve. You get direct daily access to your coach and over 10-hours of one-to-one coaching, giving you the greatest opportunity to turn around your life and break free from your stress, anxiety and depression.

After every session, you’ll receive session notes so you can see you are on track and we’ll talk weekly to access the support you need to be accountable and motivated to realise your goals. Gradually becoming more confident, increasing your self-esteem, increasing your engagement with the world and achieving a happier, authentic, more positive you.

90-minute initial face-to-face consultation, an opportunity to build your partnership with your coach and kick-start your coaching programme.


Regular sessions and check-in calls, to address any challenges and celebrate success. To keep you on track and motivated to achieve your goals.


Updated Session notes after each coaching or accountability session. No need to make notes, we provide a great reference tool that ensures you know what you’re aiming towards and how you’re going to achieve it, step-by-step.


Flexible session times including evenings and weekends, we work around your schedule.


Your coaching programme is completely bespoke to you and gives you access to a variety of tools and techniques including CBT Therapy, NLP Therapy, Psycho-social Interventions, Time Line Therapy, Mindfulness Practice and Hypnotherapy. Maximising the impact of your coaching, by creating coaching as unique as you are.


Email and telephone access to your coach with a guaranteed 48-hour priority response (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), giving you the support you need, when you need it.

Payment Plan
